30 Day Return Policy:

The awning must be in new condition (not have been installed). You must email us and obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization number. You should insure the shipment and use a trackable carrier. Once the item is inspected by the factory and is in re-stockable condition you will be refunded the purchase price less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Please realize that when returning a Roll-Up awning the freight costs for a pick-up from a residential address can cost as much as $200.00 or more.
